INGREDIENTS:
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) Extra virgin olive oil, peppered
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) organic Dijon mustard
- 2 pinches of Fleur de sel
- 1/4 Cup (60 ml) maple syrup
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) lemon juice
- 1 large garlic clove chopped
- 1 Pinch black pepper
PREPARATION:
In a container with a lid or better, a 500 ml Mason jar, thoroughly mix all ingredients. The marinade is stored for 1 week in the refrigerator.
HOW TO MARINATE:
Mix your protein of choice with marinade in a container, refrigerate from 2 to 12 hours and bake.
