The long weekend has officially begun, and to make it happen, we've come up with a recipe for Strawberry Whipped Feta Dip.
It's a perfect way to break bread with friends, and it's a snap to make! A few simple ingredients are all it takes to give this dip lots of flavour.

INGREDIENTS
Strawberries
- 2 cups of strawberries, cut into slices
- 3 tbsp. organic red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp. honey or maple syrup
Whipped Feta Dip
- 1 block of feta cheese (about 220 g)
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp of Maison Orphée's extra virgin olive oil delicate Gold basil olive oil
- Pepper to taste
- A drizzle of maple syrup
- Some basil leaves for presentation
PREPARATION
Strawberries
- Preheat your oven to 350 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread strawberries on baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, combine organic red wine vinegar and honey and pour evenly over strawberries.
- Bake for about 20 minutes.
Whipped Feta Dip
- In a food processor, combine all ingredients until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a plate and let the mixture cool for about 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Add the strawberries to the dip and garnish with some basil leaves and a drizzle of organic red wine vinegar.
- Enjoy!
