A word from Les Mauvaises Herbes

From the kitchen to the bathtub, this recipe for lavender-infused bath salts blends grape seed oil, fine grey sea salt, Epsom salt, and lavender for a simple yet indulgent formula. A handful of ingredients come together to create a calming, muscle-relaxing, and skin-nourishing soak.

How it works?

Fine grey sea salt not only relaxes and soothes but also helps relieve itching and supports skin conditions, including eczema and psoriasis.

Combined with Epsom salts for deep muscle relaxation, nourishing grape seed oil, and a double dose of lavender (essential oil and dried flowers), this bath salt recipe delivers a blissful escape that calms your body and mind.

INGREDIENTS

* Avoid lavender essential oil during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

PREPARATION

  1. Combine the grape seed oil and lavender essential oil in a bowl, mixing thoroughly.

  2. Add the grey sea salt, Epsom salt, and dried lavender flowers. Stir well until the mixture is lumped-free, then transfer into the jar.
