INGREDIENTS
- 1 tbsp (15 ml or 13 g) Maison Orphée grapeseed oil
- 10 drops pure lavender essential oil*
- 1/2 cup (120 g) Maison Orphée fine grey sea salt
- 1/2 cup (125 g) Epsom salts
- 1 tbsp (15 ml or 2 g) dried lavender flowers
* Avoid lavender essential oil during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
MATERIAL
- One 8 oz (250 ml) jar or larger
- A mixing bowl
- A fork or small whisk
PREPARATION

Combine the grape seed oil and lavender essential oil in a bowl, mixing thoroughly.
- Add the grey sea salt, Epsom salt, and dried lavender flowers. Stir well until the mixture is lumped-free, then transfer into the jar.
USE
Stir 1/4 to 1/2 cup of the bath salt into warm bathwater until fully dissolved. For best results, soak for 20–30 minutes. Rinse your skin with water after your bath.
