This creamy smoothie combines the sweetness of the fruits and the richness of the Greek yogurt. The addition of flaxseed oil adds a nutritious touch and is rich in omega-3 and antioxidants, perfect for your well-being!


INGREDIENTS

  • 500 ml (2 cups) frozen peaches
  • 500 ml (2 cups) frozen mangoes
  • 250 ml (1 cup) Greek yogurt
  • 250 ml (1 cup) water
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp.) Maison Orphée Flaxseed oil
  • A few pieces of fresh mango
  • A few pieces of fresh peaches
  • 80 ml (1/3 cup) granola
  • 45 ml (3 tbsp.) desiccated coconut pieces

 

PREPARATION

  1. In a blender, combine frozen peaches, frozen mangos, half the Greek yogurt, water and flaxseed oil.
  2. Top with fresh peaches and mangos, remaining Greek yogurt, coconut and granola.
