Ideal for cooking, frying, and fondue
In general, the grape seed oils found in the market are quite neutral in taste because they are refined. Grape seeds are tough and contain little oil, hence the need for hot pressing and subsequent refining.
It is well-suited for pan-frying and seasonings when a neutral fragrance is desired.
Why choose Maison Orphée?
Grape seed oil is extracted through hot pressing and refined because grape seeds contain little oil. Cold pressing is possible but rare and very expensive. It is bottled in dark glass containers that protect it from light.
