INGREDIENTS
For the focaccia
- 375 ml (1 1/2 cup) warm water
- 7 g (2 tsp) instant yeast
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) Maison Orphée Extra Virgin Olive Oil, plus more for greasing the pan and drizzling over the focaccia
- Maison Orphée Fleur de sel
For the sandwiches
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) olive tapenade
- 150 g à 200 g of deli meats (a mix of prosciutto, salami, and coppa)
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) roasted red peppers (store-bought, jarred)
- A few slices of mozzarella cheese
- 250 ml (1 cup) arugula
- A drizzle of Maison Orphée Balsamic Vinegar
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) Maison Orphée Mayonnaise for spreading on the bread

INSTRUCTIONS
For the focaccia

Prepare the focaccia following the instructions on the package, then bake as directed.

Once baked, let it cool completely. Cut into 6 to 8 pieces depending on your desired sandwich size, then slice each piece horizontally to create sandwich buns.
To assemble

Spread olive tapenade on the bottom half of each sandwich. Layer with deli meats, cheese, arugula, and roasted peppers. Drizzle balsamic vinegar over the arugula. Spread mayonnaise on the top half of the focaccia and close the sandwich.
