Honey Dijon pork skewers served with grilled vegetables and a creamy yogurt sauce. A flavourful recipe that's perfect for the BBQ!

INGREDIENTS
For the pork skewers
- About 300 g pork tenderloin, cut into cubes
- 30 mL (2 tbsp) Maison Orphée Dijon mustard
- 30 mL (2 tbsp) honey
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 45 mL (3 tbsp) Maison Orphée olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
For the yogurt sauce
- 120 mL (½ cup) plain yogurt
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- A few fresh basil leaves, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
For the vegetables
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into pieces
- 1 zucchini, cut into thick slices
- 1 red onion, cut into wedges
- A drizzle of Maison Orphée olive oil
- A drizzle of Maison Orphée balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
- In a bowl, combine the Dijon mustard, honey, garlic and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Add the pork cubes and toss to coat evenly with the marinade. Marinate for a few minutes, or overnight in the refrigerator.
- Thread the pork cubes onto skewers.
- In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, garlic and basil. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then refrigerate until ready to serve.
- In another bowl, toss the red bell pepper, zucchini and red onion with a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
- Preheat the BBQ to medium-high heat. Cook the pork skewers for 8 to 10 minutes, turning regularly, until the pork is cooked through and lightly caramelized. Grill the vegetables for 8 to 10 minutes, turning as needed, until tender and lightly charred.
- Serve the pork skewers with the grilled vegetables and yogurt sauce.
