Your bins are full of herbs and you're short on inspiration? Follow this recipe to create delicious flavour concentrates that you can then use to brown, add to a soup, concoct a vinaigrette, or even start a beautiful virgin sauce!

INGREDIENTS
- Fresh herbs (depending on your harvest)
- 1 cup of extra virgin olive oil or other type of oil (we used avocado oil Maison Orphée )
PREPARATION
- Wash and dry the herbs.
- Slice and place in silicone ice cube trays, filling to a maximum of 2/3.
- Add oil to completely cover the herbs.
- Send to freezer. Place cubes in freezer bags once they are solid.
- Add to your dishes!
