When you receive impromptu guests or simply when you feel like preparing a quick meal that will please everyone, here's the simplest taco recipe you could imagine. Who doesn't love taco night? This is our recipe for stress-free evenings during which you don't have to worry about being the perfect host. You can build on this basic recipe by adding your favorite ingredients like avocado, bell peppers, cheddar cheese, etc.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 Taco shells
- 200 g of cooked cold water shrimps
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) fresh dill
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) green onions
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) green apples
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) lemon zest
- Fine grey sea salt with Provence herbs Maison Orphée (to taste)
- 4 tbsp (60 mL) Fresh Mayonnaise made with extra virgin olive oil Maison Orphée
PREPARATION:
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and fill the tacos.
Add your favorite vegetables and cheese (corn, avocado, bell peppers, cucumbers, cheddar cheese, etc.).
For the best results, prepare the mix ahead of time and keep refrigerated until ready to eat.
