It's game day and you want to impress your guests? We have THE recipe that will please them! Delicious pulled pork sliders.
The secret weapon of this recipe? Our very own Garden Passion dressing that makes the coleslaw incredibly juicy and flavourful!
INGREDIENTS
For the pulled pork
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) Maison Orphée Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) brown sugar
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) garlic powder
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) smoked paprika
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) chili powder
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) cumin
- 250 ml (1 cup) BBQ sauce
- 250 ml (1 cup) water
- 1 pork shoulder of about 1.5 kg
For the coleslaw
- 120 ml (1/2 cup) Maison Orphée Garden Passion Dressing
- 1/2 small red cabbage, finely sliced
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- A few slices of jalapeños
- A few fresh cilantro leaves
For serving
- 12 slices of Swiss cheese
- 12 slider buns (or mini burgers)

INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 150°C (300°F).
- Combine all the spices into a bowl. Rub the pork with olive oil and then coat it evenly with the spice mixture. Place the pork in a large oven-safe dish or roasting pan, pour the BBQ sauce and water over the pork and bake for about 3 to 3.5 hours or until the meat is tender and easily pulls apart with a fork.
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredient to make the coleslaw. Se aside.
- Once the pork cooked, using a fork, shred the meat into pieces.
- Slice your slider buns in half and place a generous portion of the pulled pork on the bottom. Top with cloeslaw, cilantro, jalapenos and Swiss cheese. Place the top half of the bun on the cheese to complete your slider.
