We've come up with the perfect solution for the best salmon tartare every time: our Ibiza Paprika sauce from the Accent Sauce Collection. With its velvety texture and exquisite, slightly smoky taste, it's a real treat for the taste buds and incredibly easy to use!
There's no need to go to the trouble of finding the perfect seasoning. Our sauce does all the work for you, allowing you to prepare irresistible salmon tartare in the blink of an eye.
INGRÉDIENTS
- 350 g sfresh salmoncubes
- Chives, chopped
- Chopped coriander
- 1 shallot, chopped
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) Maison Orphée's Ibiza Paprika Accent Sauce or more, to taste
- Micro sprouts for garnish
- Croutons to serve
PRÉPARATION
- Combine the salmon with the chives, coriander, shallot and Ibiza Paprika Accent Sauce in a bowl.
- Serve on plates with croutons. Garnish tartare with micro sprouts. Serve cold.
For a sophisticated presentation, use a stainless-steel cookie cutter mold specially designed for tartares. This will facilitate removal from the mold for impeccable results!
