A reinterpretation of grandma's classic broccoli mayo-cranberry salad, this colorful, well-textured salad offers a healthy dose of vitamins and fiber in a very simple way. For a touch of decadence, add crumbled bacon!
INGRÉDIENTS
- 1 broccoli, cut into small florets, stalks finely peeled
- 250ml (1 cup) frozen edamame beans, thawed
- 180ml (3/4 cup) slivered almonds
- 60ml (1/4 cup) golden raisins
- 45ml (3 tablespoons) red onion, finely chopped
- Maison Orphée Garden Passion vinaigrette
PRÉPARATION

Place broccoli florets, edamame, almonds, raisins and red onion in a large bowl.
