Savory Muffins with Spinach and Feta

Made with our Savory Muffin Mix, these muffins are a breeze to prepare. Fresh spinach and crumbled feta add a deliciously balanced touch. Enjoy them warm, as a snack or a side—they’re perfect for any occasion!

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 eggs
  • 40 g (2 tbsp) honey
  • 180 ml (3/4 cup) Maison Orphée Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 bag of Maison Orphée Savory Muffins Mix
  • 180 ml (3/4 cup) milk
  • 50 g (1 cup) roughly chopped spinach (see note)
  • 100 g (1 cup) crumbled feta cheese


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Prepare the savory muffins following the instructions on the package. Just before spooning the batter into muffin cups, fold in the spinach and feta.

  2. Bake according to the package instructions.
  3. Enjoy fresh out of the oven, or save for a tasty snack later!

 

Note

You can substitute the spinach with leafy greens of your choice (such as Swiss chard, kale, etc.) or use leftover cooked vegetables like sweet potatoes, broccoli, or green peas.
