- 40 g (2 tbsp) honey
- 180 ml (3/4 cup) Maison Orphée Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 bag of Maison Orphée Savory Muffin Mix
- 180 ml (3/4 cup) milk
For the croutons
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) Maison Orphée Virgin Canola Oil (or oil of your choice)

Prepare the savory muffins following the instructions on the package. The mix yields 12 muffins; for this recipe, use only 2, then cut them into crouton-sized cubes.
- In a skillet, heat the oil over medium-low heat. Add the muffin cubes and lightly toast them on all sides until golden.
- Let cool slightly, then drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
