Whether it's for a sweet brunch, a dessert or as an ice cream topping, this chocolate coulis will provide the perfect finishing touch for all the chocolate lovers.
INGREDIENTS
- 100 g bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) cocoa powder
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) maple syrup
- 45 ml (3 tbsp) Maison Orphée's Hazelnut Oil
PREPARATION
- In a small pot, over very low heat, add the chocolate and the cream. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the chocolate is melted.
- Add the cocoa powder, the maple syrup and the hazelnut oil. Mix well and cook another 1 minute, stirring well. Serve hot.
