PRÉPARATION

  1. Form two patties with the ground beef. Season with salt and pepper. In a skillet over medium-high heat, add a drizzle of olive oil. Add beef patties and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until the meat is cooked.
  2. Toast the buns in the meantime.
  3. Assemble each burger with a beef patty, lettuce leaves, tomato slices and goat cheese. Top with Ibiza Accent Paprika Sauce before serving.
