Beef Tartare Bites

Servings : About 40 cocks

No-cook bites that are easy, but most of all HUGELY!

As soon as Little Bleuette tasted our extra virgin olive oil Fruity Green, she knew it would be wonderful in tartar... and she was right!

As she so eloquently puts it, "It's a little piece of happiness with every bite, perfect as an appetizer"

 

INGREDIENTS 

For the cream

For the beef tartare

 


PREPARATION

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the cream in a bowl.
  2. With the exception of the caperberries and croutons, combine all tartare ingredients in a separate bowl.
  3. Brush the croutons with the cream, add the tartar and garnish with a caperberry. It's that easy!
  4. Enjoy in good company!
