Because we love simple, but still nutritious and tasty meals, here is a delicious recipe for bell pepper toast that you can eat at lunchtime, as a snack and, for those who like it salty in the morning, for breakfast. Enjoy your meal!
INGREDIENTS
- 4 slices of bread
- 2 yellow peppers
- 2 tbsp. walnut oil
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 clove of garlic
- Toasted sesame seeds, to taste
- Chopped mint leaves, to taste
- Maison Orphée Fleur de Sel
- Pepper, to taste
PREPARATION
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Remove seeds and cut peppers into quarters. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- When the oven is ready, cook the peppers until the skin is blackened, about 20 minutes.
- Let stand in a paper bag. Peel when cool.
- Process peppers in food processor with oil and lemon juice until creamy. Season to taste.
- Toast the bread slices and rub them with the garlic clove.
- Spread with bell pepper mixture and sprinkle with sesame seeds and mint.
