Part fruit salad and part dessert on a plate: this delightful recipe celebrates red fruits like strawberries, raspberries, and cherries. For a deliciously adventurous dessert experience, we invite you to replace the Savoura strawberries with their juicy Mini Apero tomatoes.
For a slightly sweeter result, opt for vanilla-flavoured Greek yogurt. Either way, a drizzle of olive oil flavoured with lemon (or even basil!) will take this recipe to new gourmet heights!
INGRÉDIENTS
- 1 tub of Savoura greenhouse strawberries (541 ml) or 1 vine of Savoura Mini Apero tomatoes (190 g)
- 150 g fresh raspberries
- 250 ml (1 cup) pomegranate arils (replace with red grapes, if necessary)
- 250 ml (1 cup) fresh or frozen cherries
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) white sugar
- Juice of half a lemon
- 250 ml (1 cup) Greek yogurt
- Maison Orphée Lemon Olive Oil

In a bowl, combine strawberries, raspberries, pomegranate arils, cherries, sugar and lemon juice.
