INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup Maison Orphées Perfect Oil TM
- 2 tbsp Maison Orphées white balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp Maison Orphée's Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp Maison Orphées toasted sesame oil
- 1/8 to 1/4 tsp ground white pepper
- 2-3 pinches of Maison Orphées Fleur de sel
PREPARATION
- Pour oil, vinegar and mustard into a bowl in that order.
- Using a small whisk or fork, gradually stir in the mustard in a small circular motion, expanding the motion outward. You'll notice the emulsion form before your eyes!
- Add maple syrup, toasted sesame oil, white pepper and Fleur de Sel and stir well to incorporate.
