Lobster Rolls

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 hot dog buns
  • 45 ml (3 tbsp.) butter, softened
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 400 to 450 g cooked lobster meat
  • 2 stalks celery, finely diced
  • 90 ml (1/3 cup) Maison Orphée Fresh Mayonnaise
  • 1 shallot, chopped
  • Juice and zest of one lemon
  • Chopped chives, to taste
  • Chopped dill, to taste
  • A few Boston lettuce leaves

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a bowl, mix the softened butter with the minced garlic, then generously brush the buns with the mixture.

  2. Heat a pan over medium-high heat and grill the buns for about 2 minutes on each side until they turn golden brown and slightly crispy.

  3. In a separate bowl, combine the lobster meat, diced celery, mayonnaise, chopped shallot, lemon juice and zest, chives, and dill. Season with salt and pepper, then mix until well combined.

  4. Line each grilled bun with a few fresh Boston lettuce leaves before filling them with the lobster mixture.

  5. Top with a final sprinkle of chopped chives, then serve and enjoy!
