Discover our delicious mushroom and goat's cheese frittata. It's impossible to resist and a pleasure to enjoy at any time of day.

INGRÉDIENTS
- Maison Orphée's Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 8 eggs
- 200 g button mushrooms, sliced
- 100 g fresh goat's cheese, crumbled
- Chives, chopped
- 250 ml (1 cup) arugula
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) Maison Orphée's Orleans Garlic Accent Sauce
PRÉPARATION
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In an ovenproof frying pan, drizzle olive oil. Cook mushrooms over high heat for 4-5 minutes. Remove and let cool.
- Combine eggs, cooled mushrooms, goat cheese, chives and Orleans Garlic Accent Sauce in a medium bowl. Mix well..
- Re-oil the pan used for the mushrooms. Pour in egg mixture.
- Place in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the frittata is cooked.
- Toss the arugula in a bowl with a drizzle of Orleans Garlic Accent Sauce. Garnish the frittata with arugula and serve.
