Frittata chèvre et champignons

Goat's Cheese and Mushroom Frittata

Discover our delicious mushroom and goat's cheese frittata. It's impossible to resist and a pleasure to enjoy at any time of day.

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In an ovenproof frying pan, drizzle olive oil. Cook mushrooms over high heat for 4-5 minutes. Remove and let cool.
  3. Combine eggs, cooled mushrooms, goat cheese, chives and Orleans Garlic Accent Sauce in a medium bowl. Mix well..
  4. Re-oil the pan used for the mushrooms. Pour in egg mixture.
  5. Place in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the frittata is cooked.
  6. Toss the arugula in a bowl with a drizzle of Orleans Garlic Accent Sauce. Garnish the frittata with arugula and serve.
