INGREDIENTS:
- 1 can (540 ml) black beans
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup (180 ml) maple syrup
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) Hazelnut oil
- 1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) cocoa powder
- 1 tsp (5 ml) baking powder
- Fine grey sea salt Maison Orphée, to the taste
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) chocolate chips
- A handful of crushed walnuts
PREPARATION:
Preheat oven to 350 ° F (180 ° C).
In a food processor, mix beans, eggs, maple syrup, hazelnut oil and vanilla extract in order to obtain a homogeneous preparation. Then add the cocoa powder, baking powder and salt, then mix again.
In a mixing bowl, add the chocolate chips to the mixture, mix, and then pour into a 20 x 15 cm (8 x 6 in.) baking dish. Spread crushed walnuts on top.
Put the baking dish in the oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
