This is a crunchy, richly flavoured salad recipe that goes well with all types of main dishes. You'll definitely be charmed by the sweetness of the green apples, which goes perfectly with the saltiness of the Gruyère cheese and the vegetables.
INGREDIENTS
SALAD
- 3 large carrots, julienned
- 2 green apples, julienned
- ½ celery root, julienned
- 50 g Gruyere cheese, julienned
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp. parsley
DRESSING ROOM
- 3 tablespoons of Fruity green extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp. The mustard
- 1 tbsp. organic cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. chopped French shallot
- Salt and pepper to taste
PREPARATION
DRESSING ROOM
- Place Dijon mustard in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add cider vinegar and lemon juice. Mix well.
- Add oil in a thin stream while stirring.
- Finally, add the shallot.
SALAD
- Place all salad ingredients in a bowl. Mix well.
- Add dressing. Stir.
