Today, we're sharing a recipe for Carrot and Cilantro Salad that's perfect for all types of dishes. The fresh and unique taste of our Green Fruity Olive Oil is the key here to enhance and bring out the flavors.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 kg of carrots
- 1 packet of coriander
- 1 tsp. coriander seeds, crushed
- 2 garlic cloves
- ½ tsp. cumin
- 100 ml of Fruity Green Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 100 g sliced black olives
- Coarse grey sea salt Maison Orphéeto taste
- Pepper, to taste
PREPARATION
- Pour about 1 liter of water into a saucepan that can hold a daisy.
- Heat and add a pinch of coarse salt, cumin and crushed coriander seeds. Let infuse for 5 minutes.
- Peel garlic and carrots and cut into strips.
- Bring the infusion to a boil and cook the carrots and garlic in the daisy, covered, for 10 minutes.
- Let cool slightly and mix with other ingredients.
