Here's a perfect salad for fall, with the key element being a homemade dressing that highlights our seasonal harvest oils: organic virgin sunflower oil and organic virgin canola oil. Try it and discover a remarkable blend of fall flavours!
INGREDIENTS
Salad
- 1 cup of broccoli
- 1 cup of green beans
- 1 cup of mushrooms
- ½ cup tamari almonds
- 1 leek, cut into sections
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 cup of peas
- ½ cup mixed rice (wild and long grain brown)
- 1 tbsp. chopped fresh coriander
Dressing room
- 1 tbsp. lime juice
- 2 tablespoons of organic virgin sunflower oil
- 1 tbsp. organic virgin canola oil
- 1 tbsp. chopped green onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
PREPARATION
- Combine all dressing ingredients.
- Cook the rice according to the instructions on the box.
- Steam all vegetables for 5 minutes.
- Place on top of rice and drizzle with vinaigrette. Sprinkle with coriander.
