INGREDIENTS
- 4 slices of sourdough or rye bread
- ¼ cup of walnut oil
- ½ cup of goat cheese
- 1 pinch of basil
PREPARATION
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Place bread slices on a baking sheet. Brush with a little Grenoble oil.
- Spread goat cheese on bread and sprinkle with basil.
- Pour the remaining Grenoble oil over the cheese.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
