INGREDIENTS
- 2 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 0.5 oz (15 ml) Monsieur Cocktail raspberry syrup
- 1.5 oz (45 ml) NOA red vermouth
- 1.5 oz (45 ml) Noilly Prat dry vermouth
- 2 drops Maison Orphée Balsamic Vinegar
- 4 drops Maison Orphée Basil Olive Oil, for finishing
- Ice

INSTRUCTIONS
- In a shaker, gently muddle the cherry tomatoes with the NOA red vermouth to release their flavours.
- Add the raspberry syrup, dry vermouth, and balsamic vinegar.
- Fill the shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously until the shaker is very cold to the touch.
- Strain through a fine mesh strainer into a well-chilled Marie-Antoinette–style or Nick & Nora coupe.
- Finish by delicately adding 4 drops of Maison Orphée basil olive oil to the surface of the cocktail.
