INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a shaker, gently muddle the cherry tomatoes with the NOA red vermouth to release their flavours.
  2. Add the raspberry syrup, dry vermouth, and balsamic vinegar.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice.
  4. Shake vigorously until the shaker is very cold to the touch.
  5. Strain through a fine mesh strainer into a well-chilled Marie-Antoinette–style or Nick & Nora coupe.
  6. Finish by delicately adding 4 drops of Maison Orphée basil olive oil to the surface of the cocktail.
