To diversify your meals and make a change from classic chicken Caesar wraps, we suggest an alternative that's a little more exotic-but just as simple!
These tofu pitas will take you on a journey under the sun, offering a light, crunchy, tasty option at your fingertips. The tangy note of Marrakesh Lemon sauce from our Accent Sauce Collection enhances the flavours while harmonizing perfectly with the yogurt and fresh mint.

This recipe is equally delicious with other flatbreads, such as naans and gyros (Greek pita bread). If you have access to a panini press, you can even lightly toast your wrap before serving. You won't believe the taste!
