INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups of basmati rice
- 120 g carrots, diced
- 120 g cauliflower, diced
- 120 g frozen or fresh peas
- 2 tbsp. virgin toasted sesame oil
- ¼ tsp. garlic, minced
- ¼ teaspoon fresh ginger, chopped
- ¼ tsp. turmeric
- ¼ tsp. cumin
- ¼ tsp. ground cilantro
- Salt and pepper to taste
PREPARATION
- Rinse the rice and cook according to the instructions on the box.
- Meanwhile, cook vegetables in boiling water for one minute.
- In a sauté pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add garlic, ginger and spices. Mix well.
- Add the vegetables and rice. Cook for a few more minutes.
