Contest Rules for the "Win 1 year of The Perfect Oil™ presented by Maison Orphée"
- To participate in the contest, participants must subscribe to the Maison Orphée newsletter with a valid email address.
- This contest is only open to residents of Canada aged 18 and over. Only one entry per person will be considered.
- Participants will have from the start date (February 23, 2024, at 8:00 AM) until the contest closure (March 4, 2024, at 7:00 PM) to participate.
- The prize description is as follows: A grand prize of 12 bottles of The Perfect Oil™. This prize is not exchangeable, transferable, or refundable.
- The winner of the contest will be announced on Facebook on March 5, 2024, at 12:00 PM.
- On March 5, 2024, the winner will be personally notified of their victory via their email address.
- The prize will be sent to the winner's postal address in Canada (provided that this address is served by a recognized postal service).
- The following individuals are excluded from the contest: the person for whose benefit the advertising contest is held, their employees, representatives, agents, and family members.
- Any dispute regarding the organization or conduct of an advertising contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for resolution. A dispute regarding the awarding of a prize may only be submitted to the Régie for the purpose of intervention to resolve it.
