INGREDIENTS
- 2 medium radicchio
- 125 g of goat cheese
- ¼ cup of olive oil with basil
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp. oregano
- ½ tsp. rosemary
- Pepper
- Fresh bread, sliced
PREPARATION
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Slice the radicchio into half-centimeter strips and place in an ovenproof dish.
- Place the goat cheese in pieces on the radicchio.
- In a saucepan, heat oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for about 2 minutes.
- Remove garlic and add herbs.
- Add pepper to taste.
- Pour oil over cheese and radicchio. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Serve with slices of fresh bread.
