Because bruschetta is the undisputed queen of shared dishes, let's continue with two recipes inspired by seasonal flavors.
Summer is in full swing? Go for the beautiful, juicy tomatoes of the moment. In a bowl, combine diced tomatoes, onion, garlic and fresh herbs. Add the mixture on toasted croutons and finish with a nice drizzle of of Basil Olive Oil. And there you have it, delicious and refreshing bruschette!
Cooler season? Replace the tomatoes with grilled mushrooms. Pan fry them with olive oil, garlic and green onions. Garnish the croutons with the mixture, add fresh herbs and finish with a drizzle of Hazelnut oil. And that's it! A nice and comforting starter.
