- 2 tbsp (30ml) gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tbsp (15ml) soy sauce
- 1 tbsp (15ml) Maison Orphée Toasted Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp (15ml) maple syrup
- 1 tbsp (15ml) Maison Orphée Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped

PREPARATION
- In a bowl, toss the tofu pieces with cornstarch, salt, and pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat a generous drizzle of Perfect Oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the tofu (in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding).
