Holiday Leftovers Pizza

Leftover turkey can also become a true moment of enjoyment. This turkey and brie pizza is an elegant, inviting way to extend the pleasure of gathering around the table, even after the holidays. Made with our pizza dough mix, it comes together easily, without compromising on flavour.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 balls of Maison Orphée ready-to-bake pizza dough mix
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) gravy
  • 1 cup (250 ml) shredded mozzarella
  • Shredded turkey, to taste
  • A few pieces of brie
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) cranberry sauce
  • Fresh thyme leaves, for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Prepare the pizza dough according to the mix instructions (makes 4 dough balls).
  2. Preheat the oven to 500°F (260°C).
  3. On a lightly floured surface, roll out two dough balls to make one large pizza or two small ones.
  4. Place the dough on a baking sheet. Spread the gravy over the base, then top with mozzarella, shredded turkey, and brie.
  5. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
  6. Once out of the oven, finish with cranberry sauce and fresh thyme.
