First-cold pressed means that the oilseeds used to make the oil are pressed only once, without adding heat. It is a simple process that requires experience, rigour and finesse to extract the best of every seed lots.
This extraction mode allows to preserve the flavours, fragrances, vitamins and antioxidants specific to each oil.
